Ok folks! This one is a game changer in personal health management。 I highlighted notes in each chapter with new technologies and new treatments for everything from Coronary Heart Disease to Type Two Diabetes and Osteoarthritis。 Robbins takes us through a pile of data giving us ideas on achieving better health today。 I went in as a skeptic and came out a hopeful believer with a game plan to heal and improve my strength, my back flexibility, the method I use to work out, my nutrition and limit my Ok folks! Excellent book loaded with information everyone cares about his/her health (who doesn’t!) must read。 Tony’s writing sometimes repeat the same points again and again, elongating the book unnecessarily in my opinion… the book can lose 30% of its weight and still deliver 100% if its greatness。 If you are, like me, enjoy reading and have the time for it… pick this book up, you will never regret it。

Had high expectations for this book since I am very interested in the topic。 Unfortunately, the book felt infomercial…ish。 A mixture of known ideas and concepts hurriedly repackaged into a book。 OK to flip through but not a deep read。

Glad to see all of these longevity topics covered in one book with an impressive team of contributors that I have also read independently。 However, he was too biased based on his investments and agree with others that it is mostly an infomercial for people that have unlimited disposable income。 It is a promising field and he does cover all of the key topics so still worth the read。

I had been looking forward to this book but was disappointed。 I really enjoyed Tony Robbins’s Money book, but this one is inflated with emerging biotech and half-truths, non-proven methods, and some confusing anecdotes of situations I find hard to believe as ever happening。 I would consult your doctor before this book 100% of the time。

Sherrie Lockwood

I have always enjoyed Tony Robbins books。 Life force is a different then his other books。 His books are normally about financial topics。 This book was about health and break though medical technology。 It focused on alternative medicine other than surgery or medication。 I personally have taken up some of his suggestions and took many notes。 This is truly an excellent book! It is long but so worth it。

Taivo

Has good information to take notes (e。g。 Peptides chapter)

Luis Cortez

It has a lot of helpful and interesting information about the new technologies available in medicine。 Methods that you would say are science fiction, but most them are already available or in final trial phases and we didn’t know。

Cindy

In a lot of ways this book reads like a commercial for all the companies the authors are invested in but there is a lot of valuable information on new technologies and treatments。 The last two chapters are classically awesome Tony Robbins motivation strategies。

Lots of great information about longevity and getting your body & mind in the right state。 Lots of advertisements and future thinking in companies obviously invested in by the authors, but the overview closely aligns with many other books I've read on the topics。 A bit dense on information, but even just learning about these issues early in your life can help you prioritize prevention & environment change。 Lots of great information about longevity and getting your body & mind in the right state。 Lots of advertisements and future thinking in companies obviously invested in by the authors, but the overview closely aligns with many other books I've read on the topics。 A bit dense on information, but even just learning about these issues early in your life can help you prioritize prevention & environment change。 。。。more

Very disappointed。 I like Tony Robbins and I LOVE health and logevity。 This book was just one big infomercial for the companies that Tony is invested in。 Also, a lot of "scientific" claims were overexagerated, ranging from mildly to grossly。 Also, a lot of the tech he endorsed is still early in its lifecycle, so its very promising but its not "there" quite yet。 Very disappointed。 I like Tony Robbins and I LOVE health and logevity。 This book was just one big infomercial for the companies that Tony is invested in。 Also, a lot of "scientific" claims were overexagerated, ranging from mildly to grossly。 Also, a lot of the tech he endorsed is still early in its lifecycle, so its very promising but its not "there" quite yet。 。。。more

Very enjoyable and informative AS LONG AS you remember:- Tony is covertly trying to sell you stuff periodically - Most of this isn't super in-depth (why is fine, it's more an overview of recent and future scientific breakthroughs)- A lot of this stuff is still expensive The next decade is going to be incredibly exciting。 Thanks, Tony。 Needed this。 Very enjoyable and informative AS LONG AS you remember:- Tony is covertly trying to sell you stuff periodically - Most of this isn't super in-depth (why is fine, it's more an overview of recent and future scientific breakthroughs)- A lot of this stuff is still expensive The next decade is going to be incredibly exciting。 Thanks, Tony。 Needed this。 。。。more
